Recently, we have become aware that certain companies who are not SMC authorized distributors or representatives have been selling products bearing the SMC trademark that are not authentic SMC products. Some of these companies event made fake CO-CQ to cheat users. Those imitation products were sold with cheaper price, bad quality and easily damage that seriously affect the productivity, output quality as well as maintenance time at the customer’s factory.
We trust that when you purchase a SMC product you want the assurance that you are buying an authentic SMC product, backed by our product warranty. The only way to be sure is to purchase SMC products directly from us or one of our authorized distributors or representatives.
SMC can only offer our warranty for authentic SMC products, which can only be purchased through us and our authorized distributors and representatives, who are listed on our website. Please refer list of SMC’s Representatives & Distributors here.
